Natalya has dedicated her career to building the tech leaders of the future, creating and scaling three different organizations focused on leadership and culture. She has designed programs and trained next-generation leaders at companies including Bloomberg, McCann Worldgroup, Deloitte, Etsy, Conde Nast and Calvin Klein.
