“We’re experiencing a lot of conflicting emotions at this point in time, as our 15 weeks full-time training with C3 comes to an end. They’ve been a stellar bunch and we’ve been so impressed with how they’ve always risen to the challenges.

It’s not a goodbye, but we end this part of the journey so proud of them for their growth in mindset, skills and maturity. We’ll miss the everyday small things like:

• the much loved and feared Wheel of Names

• the strong emoji, GIF and memes that we’ve seen

• some absolutely world-class Wordle games

(Well, actually, Wordle will no doubt continue in the #wordle channel – join us if you aren’t there already!)

We’re so excited to be able to see them move onto the next phase of the journey.

“Academy‘s Women in Tech series brings together our growing community of scholars and mentors in a safe space to share experiences, forge alliances and strategise about how to navigate being a woman in tech.

Our first session in December focused on the theme of “Confidence”, and on Friday we explored “Assertiveness”.

Future sessions will continue to explore themes nominated by the Women in Tech community.”
